Friends with Benefits UK vs Feeld: which is better for a UK FWB?
Friends with Benefits UK is a UK-focused no-strings dating site for ongoing casual arrangements; Feeld is a global open-minded dating app built for singles and partners exploring a much wider range of desires, including FWB. Both can produce a genuine friends-with-benefits setup.
We run Friends with Benefits UK. Feeld does several things we do not, and those things are real advantages for the right person.
What each platform is for
Friends with Benefits UK has connected UK adults for no-strings arrangements since 2011. You join free, browse, send winks, and upgrade to VIP for unrestricted messaging. Native apps exist for iOS and Android in selected markets; the full site also runs in a browser.
Feeld describes itself as a dating app for the curious. Its FAQ says calling it a hookup app "sounds limiting": it covers short and long-term connections, different relationship styles, friendships and FWBs. You can join solo or as a couple. Features listed on feeld.co (accessed 31 August 2026) include Desire tags, Interests, long-form bios, a public bio plus a hidden one, group chats, and linking profiles with up to five other people. The homepage cites Sensor Tower for 14 million+ registered accounts as of February 2026. That is a global registered-account figure, not a UK active-user count, and we do not publish a comparable number.
If you already know you want an FWB in Britain, the dedicated UK site is the more direct tool. If you need kink menus or a linked partner profile, Feeld is built for that. See also Best FWB apps in the UK.

Where Feeld is stronger
Desire tags and identity options. Feeld lets people list what they are into before a conversation starts, and choose from 20+ sexuality and gender identities with no change restrictions (Feeld FAQ). That is a genuine advantage if mainstream apps' lists do not describe you.
Dating as a couple. Linking profiles with up to five other people, plus group chats, is the feature most dedicated FWB sites do not offer. Friends with Benefits UK is an individual-profile product.
A broader definition of casual. ENM, kink, friendships, long-term connections and FWB sit on the same app. If you are still working out what you want, that range is a feature. If you already know, it can be extra noise.
Messaging without a paywall. Feeld says you can connect and send messages without paying. Majestic unlocks extras: see who liked you, unlimited likes, one Ping a day, Incognito, private photos, Desire filters and recently-online. Our unrestricted messaging is VIP. Feeld also says it will not rank profiles; our VIP+ tier does sell visibility (boosted profile, top of the match stack). Different model, worth knowing.
Where Friends with Benefits UK is stronger
A UK-only, FWB-first room. Everyone who signs up here chose a no-strings site. You are not competing with people hunting a long-term partner or "still figuring it out".
Published GBP pricing. On 31 August 2026 the pricing page listed VIP at £6.99 / £4.99 / £3.99 a week for 1, 3 and 6 months, and VIP+ at £7.99 / £5.99 / £4.99 a week. Billing is discreet in GBP. Cancel from account settings or via support. Feeld is honest that Majestic pricing varies by location; it is not a figure we can cite.
Verification you can see. Free ID verification with a Blue Tick is available on every tier, plus admin profile validation without sensitive documents, and optional live video checks. Feeld uses biometric identity verification and UK age assurance. Visible badges still help when you decide who to message.
A long UK track record. Established 2011.
Which should you choose?
Choose Feeld if you want Desire tags, a wide identity list, to date as a couple, or a mix of kink, ENM and FWB in one app. Stay on the free tier until you actually need Majestic.
Choose Friends with Benefits UK if you want a UK casual dating site where the intent is already no-strings, you prefer published weekly prices in pounds, and you would rather browse local adults than a global open-minded feed. Join free, check who is in your area, then take the shortest VIP plan if the pool looks real.
